  Paid for Southland to do a termite inspection in December 2017 for a home I was buying. Four months later, another pest control company found a termite infestation that had been present for well over a year. The signs of infestation should be obvious to a professional. I am now facing thousands of dollars in repairs thanks to their incompetence.
