  Nice condominium. Updated amenities including a gym, large pool, and hot tub. There's an area to grill and relax. The rooms are large and well equipped. The beach access is one of the nicer ones around Ft Walton Beach. The only downside is if you stay during an HOA meeting week, you must expect to be treated as a third class citizen. All of the chairs and umbrellas will be reserved even though they don't come out until later in the day.
