  I had to wait 2 hours for the room to be clean after normal check-in time. Not only was the staff detached and despondent, they were unwilling to cooperate and efficiently help guests. The location is nice for families, but as a college student I was treated with a predisposition of rowdiness and immaturity. Not to mention that it was not clear that someone 21 would need to check in and not 18, requiring that an adult travel all the way to the hotel to check me in. Will definitely not be coming back and I cannot recommend a stay here.
