  Typical Family Dollar shopping experience. Empty carts roaming the parking lot, overflowing trash cans outside, and carts that were left by other shoppers dotting the poorly maintained aisles. It doesn't take long to understand why those carts were abandoned in the middle of shopping..... The lackluster staff that will NOT hesitate to avoid and ignore customers.... Yep typical Family Dollar. Why 3 stars? Because it's not Walmart, that's why.
