  Dave and his crew are top notch professionals. Strong work ethic and integrity. Thorough examination to diagnose problems. They know their stuff. Fair pricing for diagnosis and repairs. Up front with costs. No surprises. I called Dave after being unsatisfied with diagnosis and service from other company. We had no heat during recent cold snap. They fit us in the schedule for same day and got us emergency heat before leaving. Once parts for regular heat were in, promptly installed. During installation, the technician identified a low cost part that showed potential for failure that could damage the system. He had the part in truck so I had him install it. I believe that will save us a future service call. He also corrected condensation drain by installed a trap for better drainage.
