  I supposedly owed them for an oral surgery....which I never had. I sent a certified letter asking for information on the debt and any documentation. They ignored my letter, but signed for it. So I filed a dispute with the credit company....which gave me more contact information. When I called this bureau they advised all they knew was it was oral surgery and I needed to call the dentist office...they gave me a number that was no longer in service for them. So I called the bureau back and asked for proof and was told it was a waste of time because they had been reporting it for almost seven years and it would fall off before they could find out how to get a statement or something from the dentist. I was informed I should have caught it and disputed it earlier....but unlike some people I don't apply for loans on a monthly basis. This company was an absolute night mare and headache.
