  We moved into our home in Destin in July 2017, within three days, our air conditioning unit went out. These guys are wonderful to work with. Extremely professional and responsive. Chosen had a technician out within a few hours to service the unit and get the house back to a tolerable temperature. Upon a complete inspection, it was determined that both upstairs and downstairs units would need to be replaced in the next year. I wasn't charged for the service call or the servicing as Chosen waived it since I was going to do a larger install job with them. At the selected date, Chosen had both upstairs and downstairs (internal and external units) installed within 48 hours.
  
  6 months later, we noticed an air leak in the downstairs unit. Chosen was out within 24 hours and fixed the issue at no charge.
  
  I will continue to utilize them for all my HVAC needs. They have a wonderful company.
