  I do my maintenance myself on my BMW and buy all my parts here. Owner is a really nice guy and they do not price gouge. Avoid the dealers and support a local business. I will continue to buy all my parts here. Comparable to online prices and very helpful staff. Prices are reasonable if you need work done, but can't speak on the quality. I imagine it's just as good as the customer service. Place doesn't look like much, but the best places rarely do!

  Owner of a 2008 Mercedes E350. My car went haywire after I stopped for gas. Routine method - got out, removed the gas cap, and it fell to the ground! (Strike 1 - lanyard broke). Finished pumping gas, put the cap back on, got in the car, started it, and the CHECK ENGINE light came on (Strike 2) and some ESP Inoperative message appeared on the screen (Strike 3). What?! I drove home immediately, but the car was acting funny. I called John, and he was able to walk me through what to do OVER THE PHONE. It initially started with just bring it in the morning and we will check it out. Then, he asked was there a light with a triangle and exclamation point? I said, "Yes." John: "Oh, you may have accidentally hit the ESP button." I'm like what ESP button! I went out to my car, started it, and he explained where it was located. I pushed the button a couple of times, and it seemed to be fixed. Check Engine light still on! He told me to remove the gas cap and put it back on. I did - Light still on. He said to remove the gas cap again and put it back on. I did - Light still on! I drove around to check my mail, turned my car off, and took the key out. Got back in, turned the car on, and behold - NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT!!! Bottom Line - I didn't have to drive 40 min to take my car to the shop, and the broken lanyard will only cost me $40-60 to get fixed! I am A HAPPY CAMPER! THANK YOU JOHN!!!
