  My plan for recovery was well researched by my Therapist before I got there. On my very first visit my Therapist had an exercise routine laid out but first she wanted to make sure I could complete them so we went through them together. My Therapist was kind not forceful or impatient.
  Reception staff were friendly.
  The atmosphere was soothing but not overly so. I would definitely return!
