  Sunday while shopping I dropped my van keys in the parking lot. A nice person picked them up and brought them inside. (Thank you nice person) I phoned yesterday and a very busy Gina (i think) answered the phone and transferred me to check to see if my keys were there. I waited so long the phone ran back to her and then she went herself to check and got right back to me. She was super sweet, professional and an absolute pleasure to talk to. Thank you Gina for turning an ordinary day into an extraordinary one!

  I have a membership now for a few years, they are convenient for monthly stock up trips
  Today was appointment made to replace vehicle tires. Arrived early, checked in and then paid expected cost. Note I had to search for place to park for tire install, and found out door marked tire service entry is closed to customers.
  
  The vehicle done on time (5pm).
  They even helped out by moving vehicle from this hidden spot up front to meet me with cart for stock up purchases. This was helpful given I'm disabled.
  
  The tire warranty is a good thing here .. for when traveling, usually a sam club within easy drive (hour or less each way)
