  Disappointment is the word I would describe this specific facility of the company. I've changed my oil few times there and also did some tires repairs. First off the tires. I had a flat and called the store to check out prices. Their price was the lowest in town, which of course made me go there thinking that changing a tire would be a task completed without issues. I was wrong. I left my car and in about an hour I had a phone call saying that the nut which holds my tire broke down while they were taking the tire off and I have to pay extra $65 for them to put a new one. I don't think this is fair since it broke down in the store? But, okay, I paid for it, got my new tire and left. Few months down the road, my car suddenly ran out of oil. I wanted to give them a second chance, so I left my car for them to check it. The guy called me right away (their response is awesome) and said that the leak is coming from my gasket and also my oil pan is leaking. I needed my car right away so I agreed to pay around $900 for them to fix it, put new oil, change my oil filter. I got my car back and it was running great...for about 3 days. After that I ran out of oil again?! I went back to them, because nothing changed! I left my car and in couple hours they called me saying that there is another leak, but it's not coming from the repair they did?! Okay, I thought I'm the unluckiest guy in the world. They offered to "Take a look at it". I refused because I already spend too much money on it. I went home and popped the hood. On a simple inspection from me (I am not even close to be a mechanic, but I wanted to try to see for myself) I saw that one of the pieces of the front of the engine is full with oil. I got my car to Autozone and they took a quick look and told me I need to change my oil pressure switch. I changed it myself, which fixed the oil issues for 2 weeks. On another inspection by a real mechanic he said that the oil filter they put in was put in was over tightened so it was leaking oil...Changed the oil filter and the problem with leaking oil is GONE! 6 Months later my emergency break light got on and it didn't go away. I went back thinking that after all that time they'll take better care of my car.. I was wrong...AGAIN! Left my car, they said it's just a sensor and I can ignore it, unless I want to pay $300 for them to fix it. I ignored it and a month later my rear tire started having a grinding sound. I was tired of them, so I went to another mechanic. He inspected the car and told me the problem was that I didn't had brake fluid, so I just need to add brake fluid and it'll fix my problem. WHAT?! I actually did not believe him, because I was used paying $300+ for whatever repair I have to do on the car...and sure enough...I put brake fluid, my emergency brake light got away and the grinding sound also disappeared.. My recommendation...they need some serious quality control on that store. It might be just one guy who was taking care of my car and screwed it up, but I don't know if you want to take the chance. Overall I spend around $1500+ in that store and $500+ to fix the fixes they did. The thing which pissed me off is that they didn't even offered me a refund on at least a part of the money I spend when they didn't fix my car...wasted my time, wasted my money...
