  Was told the guy would come between 10 and 11. He pulled up around 10:15 and waited in his car until 11:00. I had a list of errands to go and do once he arrived and sprayed and was irritated we had to stand there in our garage looking at him wondering y he was just sitting there (I assume he is paid hourly). We waited and waited. My wife finally went out and asked him when he was planning on spraying and he said he was waiting for us to pull a vehicle out of our driveway so he wouldn't have to jump over a puddle. My wife gathered this from the very rude and unprofessional conversation he had with her. Guess we have to be mind readers to get pest control. The idiot tech was named Steve. Also, thanks for the muddy foot prints on my recently shampooed carpets Steve!
